Rules & Safety

Safety Protocols

All stalls must be equipped with a certified fire extinguisher. Electrical equipment needs valid PAT testing certificates, and walk-ways must remain clear of stock at all times.

Insurance Requirements

Traders must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £5 million. A copy of your current policy must be submitted alongside your stall application.

Load-in Times

Access for large traders stands starts on Saturday from 10.00, and for smaller traders begins at 06:00 on Sunday. Late arrivals may be refused entry to ensure guest safety near the runway.

Waste & Environment

The Mania Show is committed to sustainability. All waste must be removed or placed in designated recycling bins. Single-use plastics are strictly prohibited on site.
